CAMP’s Financial Literacy Program works to stabilize, educate, and reduce debt for our clients.
Stabilization: CAMP helps individuals in current financial crisis by providing immediate and relevant counseling, budgeting advice, and connections with agencies specializing in bankruptcy, eviction and collections.
Education: CAMP provides basic and in-depth information on personal finances to help clients gain self-sufficiency and stretch their dollars further. Program offerings include:
- Group presentations on the basics of banking, credit and budgeting
- In-depth seminars on banking, credit, budgeting, income and money management
- One-on one appointments with clients to help build a budget that is right for them
